63 Speed: This is the speed of a 0 IV -Speed Bronzong.

76 Speed: This is the speed of a 0 IV -Speed Rhyperior.

85 Speed: This is the speed of a 0 IV -Speed Dusknoir or Marowak.

86 Speed: The lowest speed for a -Speed Snorlax.

94 Speed: This is the speed of a 0 IV -Speed Azumarril.

95 Speed: Minimum Speed of a -Speed Spiritomb

96 Speed: Minimum Speed of a neutral-natured Slowbro, Slowking or Steelix.

102 Speed: Minimum Speed of a neutral-natured Wobbuffet.

104 Speed: This is the speed of a -Speed Forretress or Rhyperior.

106 Speed: Minimum Speed of a neutral-natured Spiritomb.

113 Speed: This is the speed of a -Speed Dusknoir.

116 Speed: Minimum Speed of a neutral-natured Rhyperior.

126 Speed: Minimum Speed of a neutral-natured Dusknoir.

130 Speed: Minimum Speed of a neutral-natured Hippowdon (consider going one point lower if you're using hail.)

136 Speed: Minimum Speed for a neutral-natured base 50 (Hariyama, Lickilicky, the Regis, Tangrowth.)

140 Speed: This is the speed of a -Speed Swampert or Abomasnow.

146 Speed: This is the minimum speed of Blissey and other base 55's like Machamp.

148 Speed: This is the minimum Speed of a neutral-natured Torterra.

156 Speed: The Speed of a neutral-natured base 60 (Magnezone, Empoleon, Porygon2, Weezing.)

157 Speed: This is the speed the infamous Tyraniboah runs..

159 Speed: Standard Speed for Torterra to beat Tyraniboah.

166 Speed: This is the speed of neutral-natured base 65's. Quick Attack Scizors run this speed as do standard Wish Vaporeon/Umbreon.

176 Speed: This is the lowest speed of Skarmory and other base 70's.

178 Speed: This is the speed of Choice Band Metagross running 8 Speed EVs to beat base 70's..

179 Speed: Max Speed of a neutral-natured Shedinja.

190 Speed: This is the minimum speed of Heatran, and also the speed that Resttalking Heatran will run.

196 Speed: This is the minium speed of neutral-natured base 80's (Togekiss, Gardevoir, Mesprit, Venusaur); it is also the max speed of a +Speed Shedinja.

198 Speed: This is the minimum speed of Milotic.

199 Speed: Max Speed of a neutral-natured Azumarill.

206 Speed: This is the minimum speed of neutral-natured base 85's (Cresselia, Suicune, Articuno); also the speed of a Breloom running 212 Speed EVs.

207 Speed: Max Speed of a +Speed Marowak.

209 Speed: Max Speed of a neutral-natured Ursaring.

210 Speed: This is the speed of a 16 Speed EV neutral-natured Kingdra before a Rain Dance.

215 Speed: Max Speed of a neutral-natured Rampardos.

218 Speed: Max Speed of a +Speed Azumarill.

221 Speed: Max speed of neutral-natrued Tyranitar. This is mostly for Choice Band Tyranitar and the rare Adamant Dragon Dance Tyranitar.

223 Speed: This is the speed of standard bulky Gyarados (100 EVs).

226 Speed: This is the minimum speed of neutral-natured base 95 (Gliscor, Uxie)

229 Speed: Max Speed of a +Speed Exeggutor or Ursaring.

236 Speed: Max Speed of a +Speed Rampardos; also the minimum speed of neutral-natured base 100's (Miltank, Celebi)

239 Speed: Max Speed of a neutral-natured Ludicolo before a Rain Dance boost; also the max speed of a neutral-natured Breloom.

241 Speed: Max Speed of a neutral-natured Honchkrow.

242 Speed: This is the speed of the faster variations of bulky Gyarados, which allows it to outspeed standard Gengar after one Dragon Dance.

243 Speed: Max Speed of Jolly Tyranitar. This is for Jolly Choice Band Tyranitar and Jolly Dragon Dance Tyranitar.

245 Speed: This is a common speed for mid speed Pokemon (Celebi, Gallade, Jirachi, defensive Zapdos, Tentacruel) which allows them to outspeed the fastest Tyranitar.

246 Speed: This is the speed of Gliscor running 80 Speed EVs to outspeed the aforementioned Pokemon.

255 Speed: Max Speed of a neutral-natured Feraligatr.

259 Speed: This is the max speed of a neutral-natured base 80 (Togekiss, Blaziken, Medicham.)

262 Speed: Max Speed of +Speed base 70's (Breloom, Ludicolo before a Rain Dance boost.)

265 Speed: Max Speed of a +Speed Honchkrow; also the max Speed of a neutral-natured Magmortar.

269 Speed: The max speed of neutral-natured Heracross and other base 85's.  Choice Band Heracross runs this speed.

270 Speed: This is the standard speed for Jolly Dragon Dance Dragonite, Mamoswine, and Electivire to outspeed Heracross.

273 Speed: Max Speed of a +Speed Smeargle.

279 Speed: Max Speed of neutral-natured base 90's (Lucario, Porygon-Z, Moltres, Roserade, Zangoose.)

280 Speed: Standard Speed for a Calm Mind Jirachi; also the max Speed of a +Speed Feraligatr.
